REQUEST FOR DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS

The City of Veneta, Oregon is soliciting development proposals for a city-owned parcel of land with excellent access and visibility from the Florence-Eugene Highway (Hwy 126). The city seeks proposals to build lodging, potentially with supportive retail and/or dining uses, on the vacant 3.7 acre parcel. The Veneta/Fern Ridge area is a growing recreation and tourism destination, home to many annual events and a growing vineyard industry. The area is currently underserved with lodging.
