Addenda:
- Issued May 21: Several errors were discovered in the initial RFP. The following changes were made (update RFP is posted above)
- Evaluation point totals sum to 110 points rather than 100 as previously stated.
- Under "Hourly and reimbursable rates" the wording has changed slightly for clarification
- Under "Individual Experience & Capabilities" the sentence about SDC and rate charges has been omitted. Rate and SDC formulation are NOT part of this project.
- Issued May 22: The contract attached to the RFP as Attachment B will NOT be the contract form required for this project. Due to the nature of the funding source, the City is required to use the standard EJCDC contracting document.
