NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Council at 7:00 PM on March 22, 2010 at the Veneta Administrative Center, 88184 8th Street, Veneta, Oregon 97487. The purpose of this hearing is for the City Council to obtain citizen views and to respond to questions and comments about: Community development and housing needs, especially the needs of low and moderate income persons, as well as other needs in the community that might be assisted with a Community Development Block Grant project; and the proposed project.
Written comments are also welcome and must be received by March 22, 2010 at 5:00PM. Both oral and written comments will be considered by the City Council in deciding whether to apply.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Veneta City Council will hold a public hearing at Veneta City Hall located at 88184 Eighth Street, Veneta, Oregon on March 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing will be to hear testimony for or against the vacation of the southerly half of the alley located in Block 3, running north and south between lots 5, 6, 7, and 8.
Written remonstrances against the alley vacation may be submitted to the City Recorder no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 1, 2010 for consideration by the Council. Oral testimony for or against the vacation may be presented at the public hearing.
